Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Processing takes place on Mondays through Wednesdays and on Fridays.
Pickup points
Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer direct shipping to collection points. However, once your order has been dispatched, DHL and UPS usually allow you to redirect your parcel via the link in their tracking emails. To ensure you receive this information, please provide a valid email address when placing your order. Please note that rerouting options may vary depending on the delivery service.
