Ordering & Payment

I have placed an order. Is it still possible for me to change or cancel it?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. In many cases, we can still make changes or cancel your order, but once it has been shipped, we can no longer accommodate your request.

What payment methods are available in the webshop?

We accept payments via bank transfer, Paypal, and cards.

Can I make the payment later?

Unfortunately, this is not currently possible.

Can I return my order?

Returns are not possible due to the limited shelf life of our products.

My order is either incomplete or damaged. How can we resolve this issue?

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes. The minimum order amount is €24.99, excluding shipping costs. If your cart total is below this amount, you’ll need to add additional products before you can complete your order. Please note that the minimum order value is calculated after discounts have been applied.

We currently offer standard shipping through DHL and UPS, which provides a good balance of cost and speed. If you would like to use a different delivery method, please contact us.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Estimated delivery times by country are listed on our shipping page. Please note that these times are estimates; no rights can be derived from them.

What countries do you deliver to?

We ship to all countries within the European Union. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the UK at this time.

Is it possible for me to pick up my order?

Unfortunately, picking up an order is not possible at this time.

Can I have my package delivered to a pickup location?

Regrettably, we are not able to offer this option at the moment.
