Because we inoculate every bag individually after an order is placed, the production time is approximately 1.5–2 weeks.

We prepare our grain spawn using sterilized, nutrient-rich yellow millet and incubate it in Unicorn Bags with 0.2 µm T-filters. These bags ensure the spawn colonizes quickly while the filter helps reduce the risk of contamination. In addition, millet provides many inoculation points when spawning to bulk, supporting even and vigorous mycelium growth in the next stage.
