Start your mushroom cultivation instantly with this ready-to-use, sterilized organic rye – perfectly prepared for a strong and reliable grow. Each bag contains 1.3 kg (2 liters) of fully hydrated, organic rye, sealed in a premium Unicorn Bags 10T mushroom grow bag.
Equipped with a 0.2 μm filter patch for optimal gas exchange and a self-healing injection port, this bag allows you to easily and safely inject your liquid culture or spores into the grain. The bags are pre-filled with sterile air, so you can shake the spawn during colonization to evenly distribute mycelium and speed up growth.
Because the rye is completely sterilized and ready for inoculation, you can start growing immediately upon delivery. At an incubation temperature of around 27 °C (80 °F), full colonization usually takes about two weeks. Once colonized, simply mix the grain spawn with coco coir or another bulk substrate in a monotub or shoebox setup – the perfect foundation for a healthy, high-yield mushroom harvest.
With this professional-grade spawn bag, you have everything you need for a clean, quick, and successful grow – ideal for both beginners and experienced cultivators who value quality and consistency.
